Development of work instructions, bill of materials and first articles. Constant communication with customers to control OTD and flow-down of requirements. Implementation of corrective actions and formal presentation to the client.

Root cause analysis of not conforming products coming from production line or customer notifications. Implementation of containment, corrective and preventive actions to guarantee the quality of the product. Quality alerts and visual aids deployment. Official customer quality representative inside theorganization (DQR).

Model design of sheet metal parts and structural members. Development of 2D cad programs. Programming and management of CNC laser machine.
