Master's Thesis at Aptagen, LLC, developing Aptamers (synthetic antibodies) for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases through rapid biomarker-based diagnostics.

Catheter development and clinical use analysis. Worked with catheter components and assembly, testing of the catheter flushing process with the goal of removing air bubbles, fixture development for transducer array testing, and clinical research regarding workflows and equipment in a clinical setup. Created protocols to avoid bubble formation, performed batch testing of transducer arrays with the developed fixtures, and informed the team on clinical knowledge. Contributed to the catheter development towards clinical use.

CAD design and CFD studies on a patented maneuver for performing heparin-free hemodialysis.

Hydrogels’ preparation from decellularized livers for hepatic cell maturation at the Regenerative Hepatology group. Developed a semi-automatic decellularization device.
