Atuo no squad intitulado ‘Pagamentos’, concentrando a vertical de serviços no app: Pix, Boleto, Transferências, Open Finance e afins.Dentro do time de desenvolvimento, gero demandas desde o momento do discovery até o refinamento técnico, organizando a priorização do backlog junto aos stakeholders, demandando tarefas ligadas à tecnologia e zelando pela qualidade, experiência e evolução da plataforma. Engajando e encabeçando pesquisas, testes, análises e propondo criações de features e soluções disruptivas através dos processos de design. No chapter de design participo de ações da Guilda de cultura, DesignOps e outras frentes internas do banco, garantindo uma melhor forma de trazer soluções junto à gestão. I worked as Product Designer, end-to-end, together with Product Manager and Software Engineer, in a team with Agile/Kanban organization, in the development of digital products such as video campaigns and insight generation at the marketing service. From understanding the needs and expectations of various business areas involved, through co-creation sessions with Lean inception, Design Sprint and Design Thinking tools. I immersed myself in the universe of contents, media and others users living as an operator and getting to know customers complaints and real needs. Produce personas, empathy maps and user journeys, as well as share this material with stakeholders and development team in co-creation dynamics to build hypotheses, ideal journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that were later tested with a real users and iterated these processes. As an intern, I learned all the processes involved in UX Design, putting into practice the value-added services, integrated into the channel team, visualizing an entire engagement funnel to receive the largest number of users in the most diverse channels of disclosure.
