Responsible for: • Water Resources Management - water quality, water quantity (control of granted flow and residual flow), monitoring of wastewater treatment systems, groundwater, online monitoring, definition of monitoring plans, compliance with conditions and contract management, proposition of actions to optimize performance; • Interface, planning and management of monthly international independent external audits; • Management of forest compensation commitments and processes (Atlantic Forest, APP, Endangered and Immune Species from Cutting and Isolated Individuals); • Atmospheric management of mining area and associated structures - diffuse sources; • Development and implementation of procedures, guidelines, practices and environmental indicators; • Preparation of indicators reports for the board of directors and shareholders; • Interface and diligence with municipal, state and federal environmental agencies; • Management of multidisciplinary teams, contracts, scope, measurement and budget management.

Responsible for: • Management of Water Resources after the crisis - water quality, environmental monitoring, online/telemetric monitoring, definition of monitoring plans, compliance with environmental conditionings and contract management; • Environmental licensing after crisis, aiming at the return of operational activities through a corrective process; • Development and implementation of procedures, guidelines, practices and environmental indicators; • Development of emergency environmental action plans;• Crisis management and development of emergency environmental action plans; • Interface and diligence with municipal, state and federal environmental agencies;• Contract management, scope, measurement and budget management.

• Responsible leadership for the environmental area of two cement plants and for the management of a team of 3 people (direct) and approximately 25 third party companies.• Coordination of the preparation of speleological prospecting studies, cavity influence area, seismographic monitoring of cavities, impact study and proposition of control measures aiming at the preservation of speleological heritage and relevance analysis and consequent proposal of speleological compensation.• Coordination of environmental permitting of limestone exploration through the elaboration of environmental assessment studies• Management of the environmental regulation of the Waste Pile through the elaboration of Environmental Assesment Studies and also the vegetation suppression of cerrado and atlantic forest.• Management and compliance with conditionings of 8 operating licenses and 6 water permits.• Establishment of controls for the management and reduction of atmospheric emissions and the generation and destination of waste, liquid effluents, noise, surface and groundwater quality, air quality, clinker leaching and chemical analysis of liquid and solid blends used in co-processing units determining corrective and preventive actions.• Responsible for forest restoration of reserve areas and conservation unit management.• Regularization and obtaining consent for waste co-processing.• Evaluation of production processes and new projects for environmental impacts and process risks.• Use of geoprocessing tools in environmental management planning.• Support to Health, Safety and Environment governance through participation in the Management Committee.• Global reporting of indicators for focal points located in Ireland.• Preparation and management of the department's annual budget (OPEX and CAPEX) of approximately R$ 2 million/year.• Supervision on duty being the leadership responsible for ensuring the best operation of the factories.
