 Actively worked with the customer identify their needs in a personalized, professional manner;  Effectively using service and sales tactics to remain in control of situations to close the sale. Providing bilingual (Spanish/English) support to customers and colleagues. Setting up seasonal window displays following instructions from head office. Working with other visual merchandisers to arrange the store layout, wall set-ups, and mannequins to maximize sales. Assisting with receiving shipments of stock, logging new merchandise, and working in the stock rooms sorting the apparel.  Continuously aware of the visual standards of the store to always create an inviting and interesting atmosphere for the customer

 With a small team and the assistance of the visual team, we created the holiday shop for the season, setting up the walls and table with the merchandise; Took inventory of all the incoming merchandise prior to the opening of the seasonal department; Was able to assist customers in creating the best shopping experience through a navigation of their needs and a willingness to tend to their personal demands.; Oversaw the H-project within the holiday department; this included the visual merchandising of the area and acquiring product knowledge of merchandise coming from all over the world with a high degree of morality within the products. Was in charge of keeping a log book of the H-Project performance during the holiday season in order to strive for more suitable options; this duty was necessary due to the artisanal nature of the product and our target market

 Had to create and execute English lessons using resources such as Microsoft power-point, as well as a variety of media suitable for class audience; Had to teach 90 minute classes to a small group ranging from 5 to 10 students; Effectively conveyed my points students differing in age, anywhere from 7 years old to adults of over 60 years old, while still maintaining control of my classroom; Took on extra responsibilities to continue my personal growth and create an efficient learning and working environment within the institute
