Designed and implemented manual and automated tests for mobile, web and desktop applications for Master Tour (industry standard tour management SaaS, used by BTS, Ariana Grande, WWE, and Queen among many others), Live Access (VIP ticketing system used by Dead & Company, Ed Sheeran, Metallica, and Pink among many others), and Guest Ticketing (VIP ticketing system developed for Live Nation, used by Madonna, Guns ‘N’ Roses, Zac Brown Band, and Def Leppard among many others). Used research and knowledge of user behavior to make UX decisions in planning and implementation stages in multiple projects. Tested throughout the stack of Electron and React Native apps for iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows that utilized PHP and SQL on the backend.Managed all Eventric customer support, including training and managing two dedicated support technicians. Wrote support documentation and provided Tier 2 support for Master Tour, Live Access and Guest Ticketing systems. Designed and implemented Eventric’s main Wordpress-based website in 2016, and restructured Eventric’s Zendesk system for use with a growing userbase. Built strong relationships with high profile clients.

Worked with several content producers to digitize, categorize, and monetize video content. Managed interns and video editors, while working closely with CDNs, encoding software companies, Amazon Web Services and web developers. Learned video encoding and delivery through HLS, Flash and HDS, and used this new knowledge to implement an encrypted HLS streaming solution for secure HD video. Worked closely with JBTV, a Chicago music television staple since 1984, to remaster and encode their vast library of concert footage, including Radiohead, Fiona Apple, Fall Out Boy and many more. Also managed Archlive.tv’s social media presence.

Assisted with planning and production of a Weezer concert (attendance of 10,000+), coordinated hospitality for Third Eye Blind, Ingrid Michaelson and Mat Kearney, worked production for Shiny Toy Guns, Kings of Leon, and Drake concerts.Project Leader for a Dashboard Confessional concert for 2000 students, Marketing Leader for a “sold out” Craig Morgan country concert.

Created promotional videos about Eventric's software. Learned tour planning, VIP ticketing, database, and video editing software in order to create the best possible videos.
