I volunteered when I had paying jobs, and will continue doing so after I get one again. Currently, volunteering helps me more than anyone else, by keeping me in harness.My main work is secondary research and data collection for a fundraising NGO, Changing the Present. Earlier, I did the same for its sister organization, Free the Textbook. I’ve also analyzed donor databases, to optimize donor contact programs, for a few of NGOs.I’ll continue volunteering for Changing the Present, but would like more opportunities to work on data.
