About Pace Edwards
As the oldest of five kids, I learned early the importance of leadership, communication, and coordination in my family. As soon as I could drive, I was in charge of coordinating my siblings schedules, figuring out times to drop them off and pick them up from school, practices, and even playdates. Working alongside my parents to make sure every member of my family had a schedule that fell in line with each other ingrained the values I mentioned earlier into my every day life.Being a competitive swimmer my whole life, I also learned the value of time management and teamwork. With practices ranging anywhere from five-thirty in the morning to six o'clock in the afternoon. I had to learn to be flexible, juggling between academic success in my studies, athletic success in the pool, professional success in the workforce, and personal success among my family and private life. In addition to this, partaking in both practice and competitions with teammate has boosted my sense of teamwork; The success of the team rests on the success of everyone part of it, so focusing on more than myself and my own success, and pinning my focus on the success of my team has become a part of my worldview.Areas of interest: business strategy | event planning | business organization | public speaking | economics | writing | traveling | football | hockey | logic puzzles
