• Responsible for the development and implemented of PV-Wave applications to read data files cut from the F-22 onboard data recorders used to evaluate F-22 radar performance during the Engineering Manufacturing and Demonstration (EMD) phase.• Implemented new capabilities, modified and enhanced existing Pro-C and X-window applications that enabled engineers to request data from various F-22 data processing systems utilizing Oracle databases.

• Developed, tested and validated interactive control panels for the F-22 manned flight dynamics simulator using the VAPS graphical interface software.• Responsible for setting up and administering a classified SUN network system for the Joint Modeling and Simulation System (J-MASS) program used for electronic warfare (EW) simulation and system evaluation.• Responsible for SUN and Silicon Graphics (SGI) system administration functions for the modeling and simulation group.

• Designed, developed, validated and integrated post-flight analysis software for the 416th Flight Test Squadron Avionics Group (F-16 DT&E). This entailed developing various X-window applications using Motif (graphic user interface tools) and the C programming language.• Created a general purpose data conversion software (XCONVERT) which enabled engineers to translate flight test data from binary to ASCII data files to any desired format and vice versa. • Developed the capability to automatically identify discrete avionics events and filter false or nuisance aircraft warnings or anomalies (BREAKX) from aircraft recorder data files and the Digital Terrain & Elevation Data (DTED) database.• Developed report quality plotting routines using PV-WAVE software for the avionics group.• Ported and enhanced the F-16 Performance and Flight Qualities (P&FQ) specific Uniform Flight Test Analysis System (UFTAS) from the VAX/VMS to a SUN operating system. Data used to create report quality plots.• Responsible for the integration of numerous Pratt & Whitney (F100) and General Electric (F110) turbofan engine thrust calculation software decks supporting F-16 and F-15 aerodynamic performance testing and flight manual development.• Utilized extensive knowledge of UFTAS software to provide training for engineers and technicians. Programmed significant enhancements to meet new stability & control, performance, propulsion, mass properties and pitot-static post flight data analysis requirements.• Responsible for the installation, enhancement, and system administration functions for F-16 engineering workstations (SUNs and SGI). This included upgrading operating systems and installing various hardware to include a new raid system and CD-recorder.

• Designed, coded, tested, and integrated an Intermec 9440 Bar code Laser Scanner to the existing inventory system.• Developed and implemented a Fortran program that compiled and printed all of the instrumentation configuration data about an aircraft.• Responsible for updating YF-22 databases utilized by Lockheed specific analysis software.
