- Responsible for ensuring the highest possible efficiency and effectiveness in the administrative processes as well as the perfect quality of the technical questions made in the interventions and projects.- Analyze and evaluate new business, services and contracts, program them according to technical need and inputs from the request to the end of the execution.- Control cash flow by making short- and long-term projections, assessing needs and targets to be met, performing investment return calculations, and analyzing economic circumstances of new business and managing company investment and costing accounts, as well as calculating discounted paybacks, NPV, IRR and financial feasibility indicators such as ROI and profitability.- Perform financial and operational leverage in the processes, as well as guarantee a better utilization of the production, optimizing the processes and the time dedicated in all the tasks, development of patterns of costing calculations and mark-up price, using the direct and absorption costing, and stock and cost management through the PEPS system.- Develop the presentation of the company to the target public, using the tools of the Office package for the preparation of catalogs and reports and carry out dissemination tasks.- Structuring and developing company's business strategies.

- Responsible for maintaining the perfect functioning of production lines and cutting machines aiming to improve its operation through control and programming of maintenance, spare parts and improvements with new equipment, acting preventively reducing corrective interventions.- Research and quotations of parts, engines and equipment for replacement and improvement with suppliers, carrying out budget evaluations aiming at the highest cost-benefit while maintaining quality standards.- Management of engines and equipment sent for external repair, in what concerns service performed, quality assurance, return programming and invoices.- Development of standards and control worksheets in Excel, automating as much as possible the insertion of data and matching with database of files in order to facilitate the consultation and control, issuance of technical reports and analysis of failures fulfilling the requirements foreseen in the method TPM and 5s.- Generation of requisition of purchases of services and materials based on budgets and proposals previously evaluated through Oracle EBS management software.- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on panels and electric motors, aiming to keep the equipment in working condition until the next schedule.- Programming of scheduled stops, collecting and preparing all necessary data and equipment with the planning team.
