CurrentCoordinate auditing assignments and ensure auditing staff are aware of clients’ business and relevant issues impacting operations and audits. Plan and conduct operational and medical rate audits to assure medical rates are fairly presented in alignment with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Supervise and lead staff through counseling, guidance and coaching. Evaluate performance and work efforts, participate in performance appraisals process. Provide recommendations for business and process improvements based upon knowledge gained relative to the client’s operations, processes, and business objectives.
