Serve as first contract for plan sponsors and participants:- Field sponsor and participant phone calls, emails, and direct contact- Proactively communicate with sponsorsQuarterback service provider team for plan sponsors:- Facilitate conversations between sponsors and other service providers- Act as liaison between plan sponsor and service providersManage team of direct reports:- Delegate necessary tasks- Monitor team performance, productivity, output, workload balance, and overall team member satisfactionFacilitate fiduciary review meetings:- Conduct semi-annual review meetings with current clients- Build and maintain relationships with current clientsHost employee education meetings:- Host general education sessions and one-on-one participant consultations with current clients- Create customized education materials annually for plan sponsorsServe as vice-chair and investment analyst for firm investment committee:- Facilitate investment committee meetings and agendas- Research and monitor all investments in assigned market segmentConduct internal firm due diligence of products and vendors:- Meet with vendors to review changing products, trends, pricing, and partnership opportunities- Build and maintain vendor relationshipsNew Business:- Create and maintain all new business materials & strategies- Answer RFPs and create recommendations for prospective clients- Facilitate new business meetings alongside partners or advisors- Network to build new business opportunities and maintain referral sourcesProcedures & Processes:- Blueprint internal procedures for continued use of best practices- Upkeep documented processes for continued accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness- Train team members in best practices and proceduresAct as an impactful and effective team member of firm:- Maintain the ability to act in both an independent and team atmosphere when appropriate- Encourage firm-wide vision, internally and externally, at all times
