Steve served as an Assistant District Attorney in Delaware County, PA for almost five years. He was a founding member and lead prosecutor on the County’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force under a nationwide grant from the U.S. Department of Justice. The task force prosecuted Internet solicitation and child pornography cases. Additionally, he lead the Insurance Fraud Unit and Auto Theft Prevention Unit under grants from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Mr. Pacillio is an active member of the PA State Bar Association and the Delaware County Bar Association. He has written extensively in the area of Computer Crimes and Sex Crimes and delivered seminars to members of the bench and fellow members of the bar, nationwide.
