CurrentI was promoted to Authentication Manager (previously Validation Manager) after being the top Validation Specialist for two years. DigiCert had recently acquired Symantec’s Certificate Authority division for $1 Billion, and needed a manager to assist with bridging companies during APAC business hours. I oversaw day-to-day operations of two supervisors and their 20 analysts during APAC hours for 1 1/2 years.Once the initial acquisition had been completed, I returned to normal AMS business hours and managed three supervisors and their 30 analysts.I currently hold weekly trainings with supervisors, assess their teams’ performances, and provide continuous constructive feedback. I regularly conduct interviews for new analyst positions while simultaneously training supervisors on how to interview as well. I’ve implemented a region-wide workflow for AMS to oversee ~$1.4 Million of daily certificates. Show less
