Duties, Responsibilities: •Support operations and platform production kitchen. •Work according to the menus specifications •Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set •Control food wastage and cost in any section •Prepare the daily food production in different sections of any outlet order •Follow the instructions and recommendations from the owner immediate to complete the daily tasks •Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques •Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in setting up private dinning and special functions or outside catering. • Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control

food quality control Control a total of 9 kitchen staff, control costs, and restaurant procurement. Supervise banquets and parties, large banquets for 100-300 people, design special menus. for party banquets
