Successfully rolled out SAP system, Group Financial Reports, Group Management Report to all TPV subsidiaries on time within budget. Below are the major achievements for the reference. SAP ERP implementation: - EDI is part of this project to use webMethods to communicate with our customers/VANs/3PLs and SAP system. - Day 2 project(06/2012 – 04/2013): Lead the implementation team (10+) to develop interfaces (100+), worked with VANs/3PLs/users to complete UAT and went-live successfully.- Brazil project(05/2013 – 09/2013): Lead the implementation team(2) to develop interfaces (10+), worked with VANs/3PLs/users to complete UAT and went-live successfully.- Argentina project (10/2013/ - 03/2014): Lead the implementation team (2) to develop interfaces(10+), worked with users to complete UAT and went-live successfully. TPV Financial report(04/2014 – 04/2015):- P report system is part of Financial report project to use Excel VBA program to get P&L/BS/IS report from Financial report system to facilitate TPV subsidiaries(100+) to submit monthly financial reports(40+). This platform helps head quarter to generate consolidated report as well. Lead the implementation team (5 people) to develop the platform and complete UAT and went-live successfully.  Management report(04/2015 – 9/2016):- TPV use SAP cost component solution to define major cost element for Management report generation. I lead the implementation team (10+) to deliver the solution and complete UAT and went-live successfully.- To use Qlikview BI solution to generate management report weekly to retrieve sales information from BW system. There are 10+ dimensions was built for sales to understand sales trend. Lead the implementation team (3 people) to develop the platform and complete UAT and went-live successfully.

 Managed and consolidated the complicated business requirements from various regions in different time zone, which includes TW, APAC, EMEA and US.  Communicated and negotiated all the users’ expectation by prioritization and resource leveling. Suggested users the best practice to improve the process. Developed and confirmed business requirement document with business users. Co-worked with development team to complete the requirements in an acceptable schedule. Managed human resources and solved conflicts between multi-ongoing projects with internal or outsourcing resources. CRM Solution review and estimation(SAP, Salesforce.com, RightNow, etc.) with global view of scope. Included with social media network monitoring , call center and multi-channel service management.  Integration mechanism with SAP CRM solution review and coordination.
