I'm Paco Gutiérrez, sales engineer at Kuka Iberia S.A.U. in the Northeast area of Spain. My mission is to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, all aligned to our value proposition and Global strategy. I have developed my work experience in multinational television electronics manufacturers. My skills are aimed at achieving results and building commercial teams. I know the keys to leadership, the competence development of collaborators and how to build a commercial team. I have successfully worked in Commercial Management, Segment Development -supervising the identification and development of key accounts- and in Coordination with Marketing Management and with R + D + i. For many years I have worked very closely with clients of the Professional Distribution Sector of electrical equipment, dealing with the main buying groups with a presence in Spain such as Electroclub, Promosa, Unase, Nougrup and Fegime, among others. I also worked with Multipoint Distributors such as ABM Rexel and Sonepar. All this has raised my perspective of the commercial action enabling me to be more decisive and insightful in the search of areas of mutual benefit with the client. I love learning on a day-to-day basis and getting to know new projects. Of all the business opportunities that I attend, the ones that attract me the most are those that involve the greatest complexity. Those that require work in harmony of the commercial, technical, logistics, manufacturing and financial planning.
