Also developed and implemented strategies for growth in mature international markets. •Analyze market possibilities to evaluate viability of each.•Negotiate directly with manufacturing and retail companies as well as trough established agents.•Follow up the relationship with clients/agents the day to day business. •Setup and lead meetings with all agents to present and follow up the new develops discussing the actions to be taked to improve performance and productivity for each market.•Produce business plans for all areas with specific targets. Review and updating the plan several times per year.•Work with the product/design department to transmit them the needs of each market.•Set up the strategy for develop the growth of the sales as well as the assistance to the main sectorial fairs.
