My functions in this position is to lead projects and opportunities in clients with corporate transformation vocation, based on: - Instructing clients on the opportunities and benefits of data-driven digital transformation to incentivize cultural changes. - Selecting talent and implementing long-term training plans to capture, develop and retain the talent needed for these types of projects. - Coordinate different areas and departments at clients to establish clear and consensual policies and procedures for the collection, storage and use of company data. - Analyze and compare various infrastructure technology alternatives for handling large amounts of data and supporting data management applications. Public, private, hybrid clouds,... - Analyze data integration alternatives with current customer systems. -Work in coordination with security and legal to establish the regulation applicable to the nature of the data to be processed. As well as regulatory changes that may affect it. - Identify and estimate the costs necessary for both the implementation of projects and the consumption of services required for data processing. - Analyze in coordination with Security the type of security treatment of the project and the data according to the characteristics of the data and the infrastructure.

Main functions: - Design, develop and estimate Digital Solutions at scale including benefit and cost estimates, the overall solution and delivery approach required to achieve it. - Create innovative and market relevant solutions that meet customer needs in the digital domain. - Design rapid prototypes to validate solutions and their business cases for customers. - Ensure, through a corporate approval process, that the solutions we create are compelling and viable, as well as deliverable.Huge amount of clients from all industries, the proposals and projects to be analyzed were from any industry as long as they involved Portals solutions, ecommerce, data management/visualization, artificial intelligence applications, IOT, etc.
