Working closely with the Stake holders and No-Code Development Team to build, implement and support Travel Distribution System. My main role is to lead the Technical team and various business divisions to bridge the gap between clients and internal teams in order to build a productive and adaptive working environment that can make an impact to organisation bottom lines.Our challenges are how to innovate and create an easy, simple and efficient Travel Distribution system and offered it as a Service to our Target Clients.

With my IT background, I am also very involved working with our Technology partner to continuously enhance our online travel platform.Online travel business is a highly competitive business with low margin. We have to constantly innovate, adapt to market changes and make decision based on data and customers feedback constantly.During my tenure as a COO, my challenge is to create a high performance team across different divisions across the board and within each individual team in order to create a healthy and win-orientated culture.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of the business to drive revenue to hit Top line and bottom-line targets. Set up HR, Sales, Marketing, and Logistic Operations and oversee. We are the first to introduce Xpress service for group-buying sites in those days, making us different from Groupon, mydeals and other group buying sites.

I started out with Reliance Travel in 1992 as a Junior Operations Executive. After 10 years I was promoted to become their online division's General Manager, PYOTravel.com. Humbly, I was the only one in Reliance's history to have ever climbed the corporate ladder in just 10 years.My responsibility was to drive excellence in sales & operations to meet the goals of the organization. To do that, I need to be involved in operations such as technical development, online marketing, and sales.At the peak, I was responsible for almost 150 staff working together. Our success story was captured in Star Newspaper on 3rd Sept 2009.
