Working on different technological needs according to both customer needs and Winning Consulting needs, profiles such as Full Stack developers, QA, Data Engineer, Cloud DevOps, among others. • Close communication with customer to gain in-depth knowledge of needs• Organisation and teamwork to align to different positions and situations.• Headhunting, search for expert profiles through LinkedIn Recruiter or job portals, in order to offer them a new position and recruit them to our project.• Publication of job advertisements and management of the same by different job portals such as LinkedIn, Infojobs. Carrying out the entire recruitment cycle, screening of CVs, telephone interview, and subsequent report to be sent to the client or to the internal team depending on the position.

• Carrying out selection processes for professionals in the IT sector for innovative projects for multiple companies. • Telephone interviews and exhaustive analysis of the different IT profiles, specially Full Stack, Back-end and Front-End with the consequent learning about the different profiles of the IT sector and its different technologies. • Complete negotiation of contractual conditions with clients and candidates. • Follow-up of candidates and clients throughout the project. • On-boarding process• Handling of CRM BullHorn, as well as job portals such as LinkedIn, Infojobs, Tecnoempleo, Ticjobs.
