In my most recent role, I managed the entirety of the company’s IT environment and infrastructure. I initiated post-merger integration with unification of the corporate process in a single SAP platform, identification and release of best-of-breed systems from each merger partner, reassessed and renegotiated contracts with prominent technology partners, combined all IT teams throughout Europe and around the globe, and a new and independent telecommunications team. Sold GNF Telecomm to contribute significant new revenue following the acquisition. I helped the business through sale in Europe and Latin America. I developed and introduced cybersecurity measures to protect all company assets and launched IT platforms tailored for the liberalized market and for management point of delivery, handling support for millions of customers, processing massive volume of invoices, and fielding millions of calls. Overhauled all internal processes, requiring enormous commitment of personnel and resources. Lastly, I controlled the IT systems of our company and integrated new acquisitions with little to no disturbance in operational efficiency. * Oversaw 500-person international team and administered annual budget in excess of €_00M. * Doubled initial prediction and generated 40% IT budgetary savings six months prior to deadline during Gas Natural and Union Fenosa merger. * Spearheaded integration initiatives and technology overhaul, improving performance of business operations by 100%. * Drove 30% savings of Opex, hiring 200 professionals to handle over x00 projects annually. * Built digital support systems for business operations, serving more than 10K field service and sales force users worldwide and utilizing Agile methodology, focused on cutting edge cloud-based technology.

For my previous position, I served as the head of all IT systems and sat on executive management board. I co-ordinated complex communications between all countries with company presence despite complex decentralised systems. I utilised KPI’s to ensure consistent benchmarks throughout disparate company operations around the globe. I overcame numerous barriers to smooth operations, such as numerous languages and highly diverse government regulations. I also established the first plan for integrated systems with transversal initiatives. I monitored the product, centralised management risks, and co-ordinated treasury with new Management Information Systems. I tracked business and customer activity as well. Finally, I travelled extensively and used English as my primary business language. * Administered IT budget of approximately €_00M. * Directed all IT operations of the Santander Group within 16 European countries. * Facilitated launch of new company operations in France, Russia, the US, and the Nordics with support for due diligence. * Streamlined process of bringing company’s data centres to single unified facility in Spain, in co-operation with German authorities and exploitation of systems group, Produban.
