Aligning our technology strategy with Telefonica Group has been a significant activity. This includes evolution to SDN, automation and vendor disaggregation, introduction of 5G, Active Monitoring and IP microwave backhaul. As part of the network evolution path, I have led on multiple RFPs for selecting technology partners. My role also entails developing and presenting company’s annual transport budgets and three-year plans.
