Objective: create Alfa Innovation Office, work with with all business units to design roles, identify and implement best practices, facilitate BUs innovation projects.Some projects:- Team Co-Leader for “Pechugas Rellenas FUD” design, development and launch in Mexico- Team Co-Leader for DAK America’s specialty copolyesters product design in USA- Open Innovation practice implementation for all business units- New methodologies and tools implementation (including Design Thinking)- Alfa's Innovation Fund implementation

Objective: Help our CEO make strategic decisions for Alfa and it´s business units. Work with BUs in all strategic projects specially when buying or selling companies. main experience working with Sigma (Food BU) and Alpek (Petrochemical BU). During this position I proposed Innovation as a way of helping our BUs create value and share best practices.Some projects:- Leader in Alfa’s Innovation System Design and Implementation- In charge of Newpek startup – South Texas exploration and production of natural gas in partnership with Pioneer Natural Resources (PXD)- Major M&A and strategic projects for Sigma (Alfa’s food business unit)- Member of the team in charge of the steel business unit divestiture – US$2B transaction

Objective: identification, evaluation, startup and operations of e-businesses for AlfaSome projects:- Latinexus startup, a B2B marketplace, the founding partners included Cemex (Mexico) and Votorantim and Bradesco (Brazil)- Worked in Alliax startup, our Shared Services BU
