At Cosentino, I enjoy the privilege of following a passion: helping to build better, long-lasting organizations in a business environment defined by continuous change, where the rules are re-written at a pace we have never seen before. Most of my career has been dedicated to financial services, accumulating 16+ years of experience in the banking industry, working in global organizations in international environments. My responsibilities have been in Investment Banking, Wealth Management & Retail Banking Investment & Protection fields. In 2014 I took a pause in my corporate career and joined MIT's Sloan Fellows Program in Innovation and Global Leadership. Over 12 exciting, intense months in Cambridge, MA, I enjoyed and learnt life changing experiences from an extraordinary, diverse cohort while acquiring academic knowledge I was not familiar with; I complemented my analytical skills and decision making mindset; e.g. Organizational Design, Managing Modern Organizations, Design Thinking & Innovation... I also got stung by the inspirational MIT´s entrepreneurship ecosystem. Over the years, I naturally gravitated towards Human Resources. In Boston , I co-founded and lead INGENIA Talent, to help international organizations gaining access to a fresh business model that engaged and selected middle managers and experienced professionals.After fantastic 16 years living overseas, I was back in my beloved Spain in 2019.
