We purchase the fruits from small local growers in our area. We have a small and charming handcraft factory where we make our products using renewable energies under the "slow made" philosophy. Our artisanal factory is located in a small village called Chercos (Almería), south Spain. A rural, quiet and mountain environment where we carry out our daily work with enthusiasm, enthusiasm, optimism and effort.Since 1995, I have participated as a consultant and entrepreneur in the implementation and development of business projects in Europe, Asia, South America, and Middle East.
