Designed, recruited, led and mentored a creative team of more than 120 people to conceptualize, develop and produce global advertising campaigns, digital content, marketing assets and retail visual merchandising elements for all Revlon brands. Implemented standardized global creative marketing processes to deliver high quality marketing consumer facing assets across all regions and channels for all Revlon brands. Partnered with Global Brand leads to optimize marketing creative workflows, on-time and on-budget execution and overall asset quality while reducing the average cost per asset ratio by a 95%. Worked closely with Finance, Legal and Procurement to create a network of preferred agency partners, independent creative consultants and content production vendors to complement internal capabilities.
