Serves as the Vice President for the Combat Capabilities and Systems Engineering Solutions (C2S2) Directorate at JANUS Research Group, LLC by providing programmatic and operational support for more than 250 JANUS employees and subcontractors spanning 17 Contracts and/or Task Orders.

Serves as the Program Manager (PM) or Deputy PM for 12 JANUS contracts or Task Oders within the C4ISR Business Unit with an annual revenue exceeding $30M for all efforts. Responsibilities include: maintaining high-level relationship management with current customer base; conduct strategic engagements for potential future business opportunities; responsible for requirements definition, people/project management, and stakeholder management to ensure cost, schedule and technical performance requirements of a program are met; assist and support the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of all contracts; ensure all resources such as engineering, manpower, production and facilities are available to support ; work closely with customers to determine needs, requirements and new business opportunities; reviews monthly status and financial reports and validates invoicing for contracts within the C4ISR division.

Manages divisions off-site facilities in Alexandria, VA, Bel Air, MD, and Largo, FL. Validates billing and payments for service agreements, makes recommendations for gaining efficiencies and cost savings by consolidating resources or bundling service packages. Liaison between facility off-site office managers and corporate staff for support to include: accounting, Information Technology, purchase orders, travel, service contract support, and Human Resource activities. Supports development of JANUS Cinematic production to include: script review and edit, storyboard creation, obtaining technical data for modeling, providing technical expertise to validate products, and the presentation, timing and inflection for the narration or dialogue. Provides technical demonstrations of JANUS Virtual training environment simulations and cinematic products and gains entrance into new areas for business development.

Spent 25 years as a Communications Chief mainly supporting numerous organizational types: Field Artillery, Infantry, Air Defense, Military Police, Combat Aviation, Medical, and Signal. Travelled extensively throughout the world, stationed in Korea, Germany, and the U.S: Ft Bragg, Ft. Riley, Ft. Lewis(x4), Ft. Bliss, Ft. Gordon. Deployed to Desert Storm, Balkans, and Iraq (x2). Enjoyed a great career and only miss the Soldiers and camaraderie.
