FIVE YEARS OF EXPEERIENCE AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK.Monitoring and encoding of daily timesheet records of the employees using Epromis Database • Monitoring and encoding of daily time sheet for company equipment and rentals using Epromis Database• Preparing the statement and bills for rentals.• Perform tracking down of equipment and manpower.• Process projects equipment and manpower requisition.• Performing administrative duties (submission of statement of accounts /collection / filling)• Inserting figures in Epromis Database such as petty cash invoices, transportation invoices coming through Low beds, Flatbeds, Recovery trucks and 7 Ton Pickup• Inserting daily timesheets of light vehicles allocated in internal departments Head office via respective department Epromis Database• Receives supplier’s invoices, liaises and sorts them out in regard to any discrepancy and then submits them to Finance Dept. attached with original timecards for payment purpose.• Physically checking the accuracy details of equipment timecards according to the figures inserted such as, equipment working hours and total amount to our data base and Timesheets from different company’s project locations.• Thoroughly checking, computing & verifying fuel (petrol & diesel) consumption of both internal and hired equipment and light vehicles (ENOC & ADNOC) • Checking and finalizing equipment timecards and monthly rent statement for internal and hired.• Providing Equipment timesheets to supplier as per their request• Receiving and responding to emails accordingly.
