• Collaborating with the District Directors of Health Services (DDHS) and other relevant district structures in a region covering in 2 regions and providing them with the technical support on TB/HIV activities, including participating in relevant regional meetings and assisting selected districts within the regions to incorporate TB/HIV into annual district work plans• Directing the implementation of project TB/HIV activities at the district level within the two regions.• Supervising up to 3 Community Health and Outreach Officers, including approving monthly work plans and accountability expense reports and timely submission of these documents to the Deputy Chief of Party for approval.• Collaborating with identified project partners in the regions, including NTLP Zonal supervisors, ACP regional TB/HIV focal persons, US Government partners, Uganda Stop TB Partnership and WHO and provide them with technical support on TB/HIV activities.• Serving as a first point of contact for all inquiries related to the regions• Drafting regular monthly reports on all project activities in the regions and submitting them on schedule to deputy chief of party• Collaborating with other project staff to ensure the effective implementation of project activities, including monitoring and evaluation and training activities, in two regions
