Using my combined experienced in the whole of government and private sector, I specialise in executive level leadership, large-scale integrated planning and implementation measures that focus leaders/managers and organisations on alignment of strategic intent and sustainable operations or service delivery. My core focus is to ‘develop strategically and drive operationally’ preferably as the business leader in a senior leadership role or as an advisor/mentor to executive leaders and C-Board level. It’s this laser focus which has seen me work with diverse sectors and portfolios across Australia, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Much of my experience has centered on large-scale contracts for government clients, predominantly in Defence, national security, operational logistics – encompassing crisis and emergency management and business continuity.
