Responsible for the every day, smooth, running of the care home during my shifts, responsible for the well-being of my staff team and the young people who where resident in the home. Planning home visits for the young people, ensuring that the young people attended meetings with all the professional persons responsible for their care, as and when needed. Encouraging the residents to attend regular education. Being able to account for all the decisions I have made during my shifts, ensuring that all paperwork, for staff and young people, are recorded, stored and shared in an appropriate manner, in accordance with government legislation and company policies and procedures

The everyday running of a residential care home.Ensuring the well -being and support of the three female residents and the three staff teams. The appropriate formulation, recording and storage of sensitive personal documentation. Communication of information with other professionals in regard to the ongoing well-being of the residents in the home and any other duties deemed appropriate by my manager.
