As a Functional Consultant at Bluelight, I am involved in every part of the project lifecycle. As part of therequirement gathering stage, I have led workshops on several projects to gain insight into the processes andworkflows the clients utilise to perform their tasks and to identify pain points and inefficiencies. I have alsoproduced high-quality documentation following this that details each requirement and its acceptancecriteria.• I have led multiple enterprise-level projects, including at the Chartered Accountant's BenevolentAssociation. This involved designing and implementing a complete Dynamics 365 CRM system that suitedtheir existing data and the vision they had for their new data going forward. The system leveraged Bluelight'sproprietary product, standard D365 functionality, and extensive customisation to suit the requirements ofthe organisation. I also guided the technical resource in implementing the required integrations, includingthe web portal, and finance system.• Experienced in configuration and customisation within Dynamics 365. This includes native integrations likeSharePoint and Outlook, building workflows, and using third-party tools such as XRMToolbox.• Throughout each project I have been responsible for training end users on the intricacies of the system andproviding documentation that outlines specific processes within their D365 implementation.• Involved in unit testing and QA-ing end-to-end processes across both technical and functionaldevelopment work to ensure the system meets all stated requirements efficiently in an accessible way. Ihave supported clients through complicated UAT phases with tight deadlines and high pressure to producea quality end product.• Post implementation I've maintained frequent contact with clients through the support desk, answeringqueries and implementing customisations or fixes as required.

• Guiding students through their A levels, including leading small group and individual study and revision sessions. The coronavirus pandemic required an adaptive and quick-thinking approach, when both staff and students may be absent on short notice. The role also included the delivery of cover lessons in both subjects that I am familiar with and subjects that I am not. This led to an enhanced ability to think quickly and solve problems before they arose.
