Working with the Directional Department manager we are proactively training Drillers and Derrickmen. Our goal is to be able to drill technically low directional wells in western Canada with no Directional Drillers on location. The drillers will be responsible for keeping the well along a predetermined path by choosing the correct slide and Toolface using positive displacement mud motors.

Working closely with the project manager in the Bokaro CBM/CSG project to oversee the at site turn key operations. Ordering tools to arrive as needed to avoid NPT. Provided timely decisions regarding well-path, whipstock placement, and sidetrack positions to ensure we maximized the production potential of the well being drilled. Liaise with local officials to ensure our commitment to Safety and the Environment are not impacted by ongoing operations.

Worked as a Senior Directional Driller in Western Canada and Qatar to drill many well type profiles. I specialized in CBM/CSG, Under-balanced and SAG-D drilling operations.
