My duties range daily, from corporate event management, social media management (Website, LinkedIn, YouTube etc), grant application assistance to writing cyber security focused reports and case studies. As an Operations Manager in a small company, I occasionally handle hiring processes and implement and create company-wide systems and policies to ensure the smooth running of daily business. Additionally, I maintain multiple calendars for senior management, conference travel organisation, as well as general administrative tasks.As part of the role, I participate in strategic meetings and ideation, handle internal departments to assist with flow of projects, and manage external stakeholders. When required, I project manage suppliers and service providers (eg. website re-design), and create processes and systems to assist Hyprfire transition from a startup. I'm passionate about a multi-skilled role and thrive off various activities.

Educating individuals from countries around the world such as US, Europe, Russia, and South East Asian countries, by improving their academic and business-related English for their career and personal benefit. I teach topics such as successful interview preparation, coaching conflict management, business etiquette, public speaking skills and resume improvement with the aim to improve their overall English speaking ability and confidence. I have also assisted with copy-editing business presentations, speeches, public and academic documents and PHD applications. Some of my previous students have worked from Google, Canva, Tiktok, Logitech, Amazon, government positions and come from a variety of high tier IT/management/sales/e-commerce, mining and advertising fields.

Working closely together with clients for their needs. From event activation, managing large giveaways, content creator management, crafting website copy, or branding USP to attract larger audiences, I am always thriving on managing the big and small. eg. liasoning with suppliers for bespoke merchandise creation, to daily social media management across Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and edm email lists. Liasoning externally with clients and internally with sub-contractors such as our web designer, graphics and visual production teams in order to keep pace and stay on top of project scope, with strong results over time, even under extreme short timelines and setbacks. Over the past few months, I’ve handed client accreditation for events, managed groups of content creators, crafted copy for websites, branding guides, YouTube video scripts, branding and pitches, and presentation blurbs for various clients within the technology, property development, health and visual media industries. Our clients include brands such as Intel, NSW government, ESL Gaming, and MSI. Daily technology I use: I am well versed in Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Asana, Discord, Slack, and can use CMS like Wordpress, Squarespace or Strapi to manage websites. I have foundational knowledge in Canva, and Adobe PS, Lightroom and Powerpoint.

Promoted from a Christmas casual position selling stationery and officeware to permanent assistant store manager in a year. Due to three managers leaving in four years, I took on the Store Manager role during Christmas, and continued onwards. During my years, I coached my team, balanced rostering and led by example with the least casual staff turnover in the state. At the end of FY19, my store, out of eight, was the only one in Western Australia to achieve a yearly budget with surplus. I was personally recognised by the Regional Manager for my efforts. I met and exceeded store SMART KPIs and personal targets, especially store membership growth and when placed against company and countrywide Christmas challenges, often the only store to win their monthly bonuses. I coached the team to increase our efforts which resulted in routinely winning select prizes yearly.My work also included managing custom kikki.K workshops, which required coordinating with exterior staff to personalise workshops to guests preferences, which resulted in the development of authentic, personable relationships over the years with our clients.
