I am an established gym manager who has extensive experience in management and leadership. With almost 10 years in the health and fitness industry, I have developed a strong ability to achieve KPIs for the business. Colleagues know me as a loyal and dedicated individual who can always be trusted to rise to the occasion. I am a very passionate person who enjoys all types of sports and physical activities. In the past, I have had the great opportunity of representing not only my home town, Newry Town & Warrenpoint but also Ireland world student team in Siberia in 2011.It is truly a blessing to work in such a fun, challenging, and constantly evolving industry and, as a result, I am ever-changing and only desire to become a better colleague, manager, and mentor. In my current role as Manager at Anytime Fitness, I get to change peoples lives on a daily basis by educating and motivating them to apply the concepts of fitness and nutrition that they need in order to accomplish anything they could possibly desire. I have a strong ability to adapt to change and different employee's personalities to ensure I am able to build strong professional relationships. In my previous role as a Personal Trainer, I was recognized as a top performer by working my way up into management where I achieved over 2500 members in my first 19 months.
