Partner
Founded in 2000, Telos Partners is an international senior leadership, governance, strategy and organisational change consultancy, whose purpose is to create sustainable success. My work at Telos consistently involved: - Development of highly collaborative, long-standing working relationships at CEO, senior executive and board level. - Designing and delivering strategy and organisational development processes, including through mergers - Internal and external stakeholder engagement - A 'whole-system' approach, aligning leadership and governance, identity (purpose, values and culture), strategy, and systems and processes, to drive and underpin performance and success - Developing and supporting high-performing leadership teams and boards.Clients I have advised and supported include the National Trust for Scotland, National Records of Scotland, Historic Scotland (HS) and RCAHMS, English Heritage, Genesis Housing Association, Rolls Royce, The Weir Group, Unilever, PwC, the NHS (various), UKSA, the Employee Ownership Association, Save the Children UK and a range of social enterprises and SMEs.Internal activity included the development of the Telos ‘Sustainable Success Competition’, designed to engage the next generation of leaders, in schools, colleges and universities. It launched in 2013 and was subsequently delivered in partnership with Young Enterprise (the youth/business charity). I also played a leading role in our advocacy and comms activity (events and publications), engaging with and involving c-suite and board level clients and relationships (see publications below).
