Following Medidata's acquisition of CHITA (co-founder), initially responsible for the integration of CHITA into the Medidata environment from a validation, quality, operations and security perspective.Subsequently responsible for the development of Site Cloud Content Management Solutions, leveraging and extending the core capabilities of the Regulated Content Management Platform & product line, Medidata RCM, SaaS-based Document management for the Life Sciences industry, which includes Rave eTMF, Site Cloud: End of Study, Rave SOP management and integrations with RaveEDC and Rave CTMS. Strong focus on Cloud-based storage, easy-to-use Workflow functionality, Content AI/Machine Learning, Reporting and Mobile interfaces. In this role managing Product Management, Engineering, Design, Functional & Performance Testing, Quality, Compliance and Security. Scaled geographically dispersed teams spread between US (Silicon Valley) and Offshore, using agile principles during a time of rapid product adoption (growth) to support a high number of Enterprise customers and Research / Medical Sites. Service delivered initially through Private cloud and later through the Public Cloud (AWS).Named inventor of several granted patents relating to cloud-based document management for regulated industries.
