My PhD research focused on studying the interactions between phages and their bacterial hosts, in particular in the human gastro-intestinal tract. We studied the evolution and biodiveristy of probable phage host-binding mechanisms in silico. We further worked to develop a methodology for high-throughput analysis of phage-host interactions.
