As CEO, Managing Partner and co-founder of TBA Management Consulting, a successful consulting and staffing firm, I’m proud of what our team has accomplished in scaling this business. From a 2012 startup, we grew sales to over $16 million annually in just three years, and have a substantial Fortune 100 client base.I’m also an independent board member at Principal Funds, overseeing over 100 funds across a variety of asset classes and investment strategies. On this board, I chair the Operations Committee, which includes oversite of trading, operations, and distribution activities.Highlights from my earlier career in investment management and asset servicing include:• As Senior Managing Director at TIAA-CREF, restructured mutual fund business, capturing more than $10M in annual savings, and $300 million in additional assets in year 1.• At Mellon, built a $10 million sales pipeline that generated $5 million in year one.• At Citi, led a $100 million Global Managed Funds business, spanning Asia, Latin America, and Europe and hundreds of relationships.• Led the development of regional processing centers for asset servicing and trading across three continents and over 20 countries.I also bring a passion for ESG and protecting the environment. In early 2023 I became the Chief Administrative Officer of ESGDigital.AI, a startup focused on enabling companies to reduce emissions today for a net-zero tomorrow.
