It entailed creation of a 24 page full colour publication, an online annexe to the main website, over 600 products, 4 pricing levels on each product, management of an Australian Education Institution mailing list of over 120,000 recipients, as well as the production of statistical analysis, reporting of results and customer feedback conduits through surveys, trade show stands. This was a 6 month project every year, which the volume of work was massive, resources were thin on the ground and deadlines were tight and crucial. During the time I managed this project, sales revenues, profits and circulation more than doubled. My database skills were developed significantly on this role, using SQL for DB2/AS400 to extract data, and one or a a combination of Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, Excel and Word to analyse, store and present information as Management Reports.
