Devising and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for the largest market in the Qatar Airways network, supporting 95 flights per week from six points of sale in the UK.

Part of the UK & Ireland Marketing team, my focus was on maximising the promotion of Air France, KLM and partner products and services to trade partners and corporate clients. • Define and implement the B2B/B2T Marketing Action Plan, including managing the budgetary process. • Work closely with the Sales team to understand their trade & corporate clients’ needs in order to create targeted marketing communications including bespoke e-flyers, printed literature and promotional items.• Brand guardianship – working with relevant agencies and partners to ensure all third party newsletters, brochures and online creatives are compliant with brand guidelines.• Online travel agency (OTA) campaigns – preparing banners, product copy, logos and images for online travel agencies such as Expedia and Lastminute.com.• Primary marketing contact for the Ireland sales team, including attending regular sales meetings.• Initiate marketing collateral and goodies targeting the visiting friends & relatives (VFR) segment, including promotional material for trade partners timed around key events in the Chinese calendar. • Coordinate B2B/B2T communication for partner airlines, including Delta Air Lines, Alitalia, CityJet, Kenya Airways and China Southern Airlines. • In-house English language and copywriting expert.
