Hello, my name is Sebastian Padilla. I am an enthusiastic, hard-working, and compassionate B.S.N student studying at Texas A&M School of Nursing.As I enter the field of nursing I aim to embody the Aggie Core Values of Excellence, Respect, Leadership, Selfless Service, Integrity, and Loyalty to further guide me along my journey of becoming a graduate nurse. I am driven by a desire to leave an outstanding impact by making my patients feel seen and heard in times of great difficulty but also being an advocate for them when they need to receive high-quality care. My goal is to be an example of nursing care not only for those in need of direct care but also for families, the community, and the nursing profession as a whole. These traits combined With continuous learning and constant reflection upon my performance, I am committed to honing my Interpersonal skills, clinical judgment skills, and critical thinking to provide exceptional holistic nursing care.As my journey at Texas A&M comes to an end, I aim to finish strong and graduate with my Bachelor In Science of Nursing, Pass the NCLEX-RN exam, and start my graduate nurse residency in a program that helps develop me as a professional and a person.Looking ahead, I Plan to develop my Interpersonal skills and clinical skills to further impact patient outcomes and become a better nurse one day at a time.Furthermore, I am a passionate, compassionate, and driven individual committed to making a positive difference, providing outstanding care, and using the Aggie Core Values to become the best nurse I can be.
