Received their feedback, coordinated with dev/Middleware to get the desired results.Key milestones:  Was a key member in the major release of the Skywards (award winning loyalty programme) module integration to the mobile app (Android & iOS), which earned the app, a very high rating and increased downloads. It involved :- Collaboration across various downstream systems, third party & partner systems. - Constant liaising with the content management system for publishing the content in 19 different languages and cross validating the same.- Validation of Unique display of content for specific languages (example: Arabic) Airport way-finder feature - A unique and valuable feature in an airline app. Worked on this feature end to end which involved testing the app in the airports and ensuring the right results. App launch in the Huawei App gallery. Was the sole QA who handled the Emirates App launch in the Huawei App gallery. This involved interacting with Huawei team, learning/complying with their needs and ensuring that the App works fine in the international Huawei devices.  QA’ed essential features of the app like Arabic language compliance, Dark mode, and haptic feedback.

Served as a key member of the software testing team as the QA test lead. Took charge of end to end testing and delivery of client (Banking) applications. Supervised a five-member software QA testing team in developing and implementing quality-assurance and quality-control methodologies to ensure compliance with QA standards, federal regulations and customer specifications. Results: Created and executed software test plans, cases and scripts to uncover, identify and document software bugs and their causes. Completed several testing and domain related internal certifications. Designated as module lead QA tester, overseeing quality-assurance testing and teams for client software and systems development projects.
