I handled e - logistics and inventory management of the state of the art organisation.I have handled Finances between 10 and 100 crores in various air bases .Undertook Audit of all the cost centres, procedures and statutory compliances.As a HR Manager I was actively involved in selection, person job fit tasks, Motivation of HR and training.I was Chief Administrative Officer wherein tasks envisaged implementation and monitoring of Security, Infrastructure, Fire, Medical safety and HR policy formulations.As a Human Resource Development Manager set up a new HR division in a No2 reputed Medical College.I worked as an Operation head of FMCG centre of a turnover of 70 crores which was 50 crores at the time of taking over.I was a team leader in the vetting draft pay commission proposal of one of the anomaly committee and rectified a pay anomoly which resulted in obviating a legal case going against the organisation.I handled Individual Running Ledger Account of the entire Airmen and Non Combatants of Indian Air Force which involved actioning of place based and sill based allowances along with pay and promotions.I am presently the Senior Instructor of the Department of Accounts tasked with transforming Civilians into Combatant Commissioned Officers. The task also includes the formulations of professional books, conduct of periodical exams ,and evaluation thereof.I am also involved in personality development of the trainee officers in terms of soft skills, Project guidance and evaluation of thesis.With this spectrum of exposure I would like to take on the role of HRM/Operations Mgr/SCM which can add up to the organisational objectives.AchievementsI was able to rectify the Pay commission anomaly of one of the trade of IAF which has resulted in benefit to the entire personnel of that particular trade.Set up a New HRM section for Air Force Personnel in a Triservices Medical College ; first of kinds in the annuls of that college.As a Administrative Officer in one of the premier Academy was able to setup a state of art sports infrastructure by refurbishing the indoor multi sports complex with the latest technology construction principles, setting of a international standard football ground, cricket pitch, synthetic volleyball and basket ball court.As an Aircraft Technician I was in the team for finalisation of outsourcing of fourth line servicing of one of the phasing out Bomber Aircraft which led to cost reduction and identification of make in India vendor.
