Parents, as the first and most enduring educators, and early years practitioners play a crucial role in shaping the personality, preferences - including food choices - and the learning journey of a child. My workshops help them bring out the best potential in their children. Having worked with children from all over the world (as many as 14 nationalities!) with varied food preferences, allergies and intolerances- including fussy and picky eaters - I have gained a wealth of experience in helping parents solve their mealtime battles (and other parenting woes!)
