Having lived in SouthEast Asia for more than 20 years, I have a strong understanding of the work culture and etiquette in this unique region. I am aware of what Employers and Employees are looking to find in each other in this part of the world. Additionally, my Master's Degree in Human Development has given me an insight into the behaviour and psychology of people across all ages and walks of life. This allows me to quickly form strong connections with Employers and Employees alike, which in turn allows me to help them connect better with each other, no matter their age, experience, or background. This is confounded by my other experiences such as working as the senior supervisor for the Patient Relation Department of PD Hinduja National Hospital & Medical Research Center, where I liaised with patients and the hospital staff, helping to bring people together under difficult and stressful circumstances. Furthermore, my time as the senior assistant secretary for the Indian Merchants Chamber not only provides further evidence for my capacity to work with and unite different parties, but also demonstrates my organisational and communication skills. I look forward to expanding UXFairy operations in SouthEast Asia and helping many more Employers find and form connections with deserving, talented Employees that will fulfil their needs, prioritising the User Experience for all parties throughout.
