The functions of this job will include carrying out of day to day accounting responsibilities, payroll management, tax, and other statutory returns, and regular preparation of reports to the management and the Head office, Liner Principal reporting• Reporting Daily the Cash inflows & outflows to Superior.• Journalizing, Ledgering & Filing.• Responsible for all general ledger transactions• Responsible for the full accounts payable & receivable process.• Negotiating & Creating Local Purchase Orders & (LPO).• Responsible for Monthly Bank & Credit card Reconciliation.• Booking of the realized and unrealized foreign exchange.• Preparation of Comparative Income & Expenses Statement.• Arrangement of Real-Time Gross transfer.• Responsible for all stock booking/valuations and stock reporting - organize and monitor physicalstock inventory counts in all the warehouses• Filing of Value Added Tax (VAT), Income Tax, and Service Tax Returns.• Reconcile all balance sheets and profit and loss accounts on a monthly base• Prepare the interim and the year-end external audit according to HO guidelines.• Repatriation of Freight collections to the Foreign Principals• Preparation of Vessel Disbursement accounts and reporting to Principals.
