In the absence of President Tyre Business for Birla Tyres from Apr 2015, have shouldered the responsibility among the 3 selected team members of the organisation and have demonstrated success driving growth of Birla Tyres by targeting key growth initiatives which saw high impact results ie, 20% increase in Sale for 2/3 Wheeler tyres and 10% increase in Sale for CV Tyres from May till Jan 2016. Few actions that helped me achieve the above targets are,1) Re-crafted the Strategy of Sales. Gave reassurance to the dealer community,Set up of an escalation group to drive issue resolution of dealers. Over 300 dealer issues identified & resolved. 2) Introduced Structured Market activity planning, tracking and monitoring. 3) Directed the sales financial discipline systems and processes to bring the exposures and receivables under control. 4) Worked closely with the TEAM to create distinct product segmentation, introduction of new products and improved Brand visibility.
