Technical co-ordination- with the consultants, architects and client. Managing the discrepancies in the drawings and getting it cleared from the concerned consultants. Getting approvals for formwork designs, Mix designs of various grades. Clearing of technical clarifications at site with the co-ordination of structural consultants.Tendering- leading the team for tendering of new projects in this region. Preparing the tender documents, rate analysis and inventory requirements for the projects. Resources and Plant and machinery planning for the project. Preparing the construction methodology, logistic plan for the project.
